1. Service Licensing & Campaign Rights

PCCC grants the campaign subscriber a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to utilize the Political Campaign Control Center platform, mobile applications, and war-room collation dashboards for the duration of the agreed electoral campaign cycle.

2. Compliance with Electoral Laws

Subscribers agree to utilize the platform in full compliance with the Electoral Act of Nigeria, INEC guidelines, and relevant state electoral regulations. PCCC bears no liability for unauthorized data entry or non-compliant campaign activities carried out by subscriber agents.

3. Service Availability & Election Day Uptime

PCCC guarantees 99.9% uptime during official election day collation periods, backed by redundant cloud infrastructure, high-concurrency database clusters, and offline-sync mobile app capabilities.

4. Payment Terms & Discount Codes

Promotional codes (such as PCCC70) apply strictly to eligible campaign packages as specified during launch offers. All fees paid for custom app deployment and server provisioning are non-refundable once campaign setup is finalized.
